Is there such a thing as bad publicity? Maybe so! I contacted San Jose Mercury columnist Leigh Weimers, who runs a daily "man about town" column in the paper, while we were up in Northern California shooting the film. I thought it would be nice to have free press while we were shooting, but Mr. Weimers obviously didn't make much of it.
