Greenstem Productions, Inc. Make sure you keep a record of your order! This is a very informal way of buying videos, so we can't be responsible if your payment disappears in the mail. However, the shipment to you will be tracked through the U.S. Postal Service to make sure your videos get to you safely. Don't forget to include your email address with your payment. Make sure it's one you check regularly. After we receive your payment, we will email you with confirmation. We will email you again when we ship your order. If there are any problems (i.e. if your check is bad, your payment doesn't cover your total costs, or whatever), we will email you. Remember, both the DVD and VHS are in NTSC format. The DVD is region-free so it can play on any compatible player in the world. It's my understanding that most PAL and SECAM DVD players can also handle NTSC discs. However, very few people outside of North America and Japan can play NTSC videocassettes on their VCRs. In either case, please check that your system is compatible before buying. No returns unless the disc or tape is actually faulty! If you need to return your video, please contact me.
